Shipping Policy:
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-10 business days to process your order, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after your purchase. Please be advised that certain item(s) may require longer production time than others, sometimes possibly up to 14 days or more depending on the item(s) purchased (mostly for custom products). Expect an email within 24-48 hours once production has finished to let you know that your order is on the way, along with tracking information once it becomes available! We just ask for you to please be patient with us as we work hard to carefully create and complete your order(s).
LOCAL DELIVERY:
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 5-10 miles of our business location and are offered FOR CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED ORDERS ONLY!!!. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is NOT eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 12pm during store hours 9am-4pm (Monday-Friday) 10am-3pm (Sat-Sun) will be delivered immediately once production is finished (same day delivery). Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day that we are open once production is complete. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information, as well as direct contact from your delivery person. If you would like to have your local delivery scheduled at a specified time and date, please reach out to us via email at n96streetwear@gmail.com asap to inquire and further discuss details.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
*We do not offer flat rate shipping at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
We use calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on 'Collective Carrier Services'. Shipping charges are based on the customer's address/location along with the order’s weight and dimensions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping currently to 27 different regions with hopes of expanding to more regions in the near future.

*DISCLAIMER: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. N96 is NOT responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition with all of its tags, we will refund a full or partial order amount for the return based upon inspection once it is accepted. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us immediately at n96streetwear@gmail.com with your order number, contact information, and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
